The Vancouver Canucks lost the Stanley Cup to the Boston Bruins on Wednesday night in a Game 7 whitewash, 4-0.
That is quickly becoming a secondary story to what happened immediately following the game.
Canucks fans took to the streets of Vancouver and decided to destroy their beautiful city.
Not to get on my blogging high-horse but this is disgraceful and despicable.
Take losing like a man.

Joe Montana's Right Arm 
I did some “investigative journalism” (ha!) prior to my post about the postgame show in Vancouver and it turns out the city should not have been that unaware things might go south. They had a near riot during the Winter Olympics that went underreported and, in fact, one of the stores they targeted last night is some kind of symbol of oppression to a select few folks out there and was “hit up” last February. Sounds to me like the Vancouver police were negligent to let that “outdoor festival” get organized in the first place.
