Calvin Johnson defeated Cam Newton in the Madden ’13 competition and will grace the cover of the popular sports franchise when the video game is released this summer. The field of 64 tournament culminated with Johnson squeaking past the Carolina Panther quarterback in a fan vote, 52%-48%.
