This has absolutely nothing to do with the National Football League or Philadelphia sports for that matter. However, I wanted to take the time to wish a very special Happy belated Birthday to one of the true pillars of adolescent television dramedies, Kate Noelle Holmes.

She ruled the WB with an ironfist during the days of the repeat Broncos in the late 90s.  Since that time, both entities have sort of fallen on hard times. The Broncos are characterized by winning one playoff game since John Elway retired. Holmes is characterized by her husband jumping up and down on a couch on worldwide television. Advantage Broncos.
