A Cowboys fan is claiming she was profiled at the Philadelphia International Airport recently for wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey.
While attempting to go through the screening line, a security guard pulled the Jason Witten fan out of line and proceeded to pat her down.
Soon after the pat down, a TSA screener walked up to her and said “how does it feel to be a Cowboys fan in Philadelphia?”
Right or wrong, when one walks on Philly soil wearing a Cowboys jersey, they probably are going to take some flack for it.
Is the airport the right place to carry out such hostility? No, but did she really think wearing that jersey following two whitewashings at the hands of Dallas would go unanswered?
If so, that’s a bit foolish.
Perhaps, she needs to be reminded of her team’s roots.
