The Internet brought out its collective machete on the Miami Heat after the San Antonio Spurs toppled the defending champs on Sunday night to earn the franchise’s fifth NBA title.
Of course, America turned its collective eye to LeBron James and the Miami Heat in the aftermath.
As the Heat perished in a deluge of three-pointers from the Spurs, Miami’s supporting cast did little to help James in his quest for a three-peat.
One of the alleged offenders of not helping out LeBron? Former NBA Finals MVP Dwyane Wade.
Lastly, what did poor Greg Oden do to deserve this?
The end was not pretty for the two-time defending champion Miami Heat. Tonight, the Spurs celebrate another world championship and the Internet gets its pound of flesh again.
