Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was indicted on assault and battery charges and threats to do bodily harm against another inmate on Thursday.
It all started last February when Hernandez got into more hot water after allegedly attacking Andrew Booker, a fellow inmate.
Months earlier in November, Hernandez reportedly threatened to shoot and kill a prison guard over concerns regarding attempt to get more food for his behalf.
Oh, and Hernandez is still awaiting trial for a murder charge surrounding the 2013 death of Odin Lloyd.
An arraignment date for Hernandez’s latest legal dustup hasn’t been set.
