A federal appeals court ruled that Tom Brady’s four-game Deflategate suspension be reinstated on Monday.
According to the powers that be, the power of NFL head honcho Roger Goodell should not be ignored. However, this fight appears to be far from over if Brady gets his way.
Soon after his suspension was reinstated, Brady reportedly declared that he was not going down without a fight.
Hey look, I’m going to cut to the chase on this. Currently, we live in a country where Donald J. Trump is stunning close to winning the Republican Presidential nomination.
That means anything can happen. Literally.
Why can’t Tom Brady take this thing to Supreme Court? That’s the only way this should end.
It’s a dumb situation and there is nothing dumber than a case about deflating footballs landing in the lap of the United States Supreme Court.
Now, whether they will want to hear and take
What a joke.
Brady will be a good teammate but he has no interest in seeing the Jimmy Garoppolo era start in New England.
There are so many villains in this case it’s ridiculous. A hidden culprit in all of this? The NFL Players Association. Why they would grant such decisive power to Goodell is somewhat silly to think about.
However, it’s not changing anytime soon.
Buckle up for another bloodbath with Brady front and center.
Oh, and in case you need some new threads, head here.
