Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth is reportedly going to test the free agent market. Haynesworth, who is in a bit of a legal problem, wants to become the league’s highest paid defensive player. With free agency set to begin on February 27, it’s likely that Haynesworth should come very close to achieving that goal…but not in Tennessee. The Titans did not slap the franchise tag on him and assuming his legal problems aren’t overwhelming, he’ll draw big-time interest from the league’s lesser lights. Detroit, Cleveland, Denver, or St. Louis could use him but they’ll have to break the bank to do so.
