After being a little quiet after the start of free agency, the Cards have been in the news thanks to their back and forth negoations with QB Kurt Warner. The Pro Bowl quarterback visited the 49ers on Monday but now the Niners are denying making an offer to Warner. So, this means they are on the Shaun Hill bandwagon? Good luck with that Coach Singletary.

All the 49ers talk may be a moot point according to the NFL Network’s Adam Schefter, who says Warner will be a Cardinal by week’s end.

If the Cardinals get Warner taken care of, they can then focus on their disgruntled players including Anquan Boldin and Edgerrin James, who is admant about being released.

It’s time for the Cardinals to stop being the Cardinals and take care of business. Otherwise, they’ll be spending time with Cincinnati’s of the world in the league’s gutter.
