I am a big fan of karma. Is it the reason why Tony Romo has not gotten over the top in December? No, but it sounds good. Clearly, he did something to gain the ill-will of singer-extraordinaire Carrie Underwood. In the latest issue of Esquire magazine, Underwood was asked about her song Cowboy Cassanova and if a certain Dallas Cowboy starting quarterback was the inspiration.

Underwood’s response proved short and to the point:  “No. I would never immortalize a guy that did me wrong. I would never give him that much credit.”

Ouch.

In other Romo related news, he has taken snaps this week as the team’s holder for field goals to potentially help out kicker Nick Folk, who struggled kicking lately. He should be careful. We all know what happened the last time he held for a field goal.
