NFL Lockout

Things You Should Be Doing During The NFL Lockout: #11

Boy, this lockout is a real snooze-a-thon. Anyway, here is another do-it-yourself tip.

#11. PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION

Near the end of Sunday’s Lakers/Mavericks browbeating, Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum decided to dishonor the organization with premeditated attacks on Mavs players.

The duo used Dirk Nowitzki and J.J. Barea as tackling dummies with middling results. For their heinous attacks, they were both ejected.

Bynum’s foul took the cake. After he threw an elbow and was ejected, he decided to take off his jersey on the way for some bizarre reason.

Whether you’re up or down by 100, conduct yourself like a professional on and off the court.

This type of extracurricular activity embarrassed the Lakers and has no place on the basketball court.

As Michael Irvin said to Giants fans after his Cowboys defeated New York to win the NFC East at the end of the ’93 regular season, “take losing like a man.”
