Bill Belichick wasn’t the only Patriot to appear at Sunday night’s Game 4 of the Celtics/Heat series in Boston.

This photo, which arrived from the Facebook account of Bill Simmons, depicts a Patriot at work.

The Celtics elected to use Rob Gronkowski to pump up fans during the fourth quarter of Boston’s 93-91 overtime win last night.

You may also notice that he is sans hair, electing to go with a bald look. Gronkowski went bald on Sunday to help fund cancer research as a part of a special charity event for One Buzz’s Mission for Kids.

It makes him look like a hulked up version of kung-fu Superstar Billy Graham but without the mustache.
