Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was arrested on Saturday in Oakland on suspicion of DUI, according to ABC7 News.

After being arrested at a traffic stop in Oakland, Lynch’s blood alcohol level surpassed the .08 legal limit but authorities have yet to release his actual reading.

Lynch was cited and eventually released after being taken to Santa Rita Jail.

The ex-Buffalo Bill endured previous issues behind the wheel. He had his driver’s license revoked in 2008 after failing to realize he struck a woman with a car outside of a Buffalo bar.

One year later, Lynch was arrested on felony charges for carrying a concealed weapon. As a result, Lynch was suspended for the first three games of the 2009 season.
