WWE head honcho Vince McMahon unleashed Fandango on the masses this year and the character is quickly a becoming a breakout star.

Based off of what appears to be some spoof of a ballroom dancer, his character is gaining popularity around the world despite being a heel in WWE storylines.

The Houston Texans cheerleaders are joining the act by supporting Fandango in a recent You Tube video and dancing along to his theme song (named ChaChaLaLa), which is rapidly climbing the charts.

Last Monday night, fans in New Jersey’s Izod Center chanted along with theme before, during, and after matches in a surreal scene one night after WrestleMania XXIX at MetLife Stadium.

Who knew a ballroom dancing theme would sweep the nation?
