Despite trailing by four points with under three minutes and bumbling their way through a pair of late-game possessions, Tom Brady pulled another one out of the fire for the New England Patriots during a dramatic 30-27 victory over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
While the Saints were too busy doing the Benson Boogie back to New Orleans, the Saints offense failed to pick up first downs in the last two minutes and thus, gave Brady another possession with just over a minute left and no timeouts.
Woops.
Brady’s 17-yard touchdown strike to Kenbrell Thompkins was captured by Patriots radio broadcasters Bob Socci and ex-Pat quarterback Scott Zolak were on the scene for the fantastic finish.
Zolak is the one yelling “ERFLRERHL:DSFJ:LDGJFDL:GN:FLSHFLS:HF…..BRADY’S BACK!!!!!”
