The Seattle Seahawks are headed to the Super Bowl after a rousing 23-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Sunday’s NFC title game.
Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman played a pivotal role by tipping a pass in the end zone that was intercepted by teammate Malcolm Smith as the 49ers attempted to tie the game late in the fourth quarter.
Moments after the win, Sherman filed an early candidate for best post game interview of the year with Erin Andrews.
Meanwhile, an excited Steve Raible provided the call on the Seahawks Radio Network.
The Seahawks will play Lord Peyton and the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII.
