One day after LeSean McCoy and his Philadelphia Eagles toppled the Jacksonville Jaguars after falling behind 17-0 at halftime, Philly’s star running back opted to go on the cheap with a local waiter.
PYT, a popular Philadelphia burger joint, hosted McCoy and a group of friends on Monday afternoon.
Upon his departure, McCoy left a $0.20 tip on a $61 bill. According to Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News, McCoy balked at the restaurant’s service.
Seriously though, if you go into a restaurant as a star athlete, paying a $0.20 tip is definitely on the “easiest way to get negative attention” list.
For those keeping score at home, McCoy will make nearly $10 million in 2014.
Next time LeSean, just throw a $5 or $10 down if you’re angry.
