The NFL head coaching Class of 2016 is in Phoenix, Arizona for the annual offseason meeting and they are in complete leisure mode for the moment.

The standouts are evident.

Kansas City’s Andy Reid is decked out in a floral shirt. Why? Who knows but at the very least, he is obviously confident in his own skin.

Then, there is Bill Belichick.

Belichick is wearing jeans and flip flops. Who can blame him? Of course, the last time Belichick was in the Phoenix-area, this happened:

Despite his laid back demeanor, Belichick gave a classic stiff press interview on Wednesday when repeatedly being asked about personnel issues including the departure of Darrelle Revis.

Oh, by the way, notice who is seated next to Belichick.

Yup, it’s Pete Carroll – the man who Belichick toppled to win his fourth Super Bowl ring.

I wonder how that conversation went?
