The Washington Redskins and Houston Texans participated in a joint practice in Richmond on Saturday and it deteriorated into a series of brawls as captured above.

The best part of this is it was captured on ESPN because what else are you doing on a Saturday in early August? You’re watching a Redskins/Texans practice…that’s what you’re doing.

Hopefully, the two teams will show this much energy during the regular season.

Both teams missed the playoffs in 2014.
