During Sunday’s 49ers/Rams tilt, Colin Kaepernick labored once again to put points on the board. Now, teammates are reportedly questioning how much longer he should be the starting quarterback.
One play that certainly didn’t help matters came in yesterday’s 27-6 loss to St. Louis. Backed up in their own end in the first quarter, Kaepernick and the 49ers faced a 1st and 10 from the SF 3.
Teammate Torrey Smith was split out wide with nobody covering him. Smith, noticing that no Ram was near him, flailed his arms in an attempt to get Kaepernick’s attention.

No wonder folks (and likely his teammates) want to run Kaepernick out of town.
