Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib suffered a gun shot wound to the leg at a Dallas strip club early Sunday morning.

According to multiple news outlets, a club patron shot one person and wounded a person during a fight.

The Broncos do not expect Talib to miss substantial time due to the wound. Reportedly, Talib’s injury will not require surgery but it appears making Denver’s mandatory minicamp on Tuesday will not be a possibility.

Unfortunately for Talib, it appears this incident will a costly one to some extent. He is not expected to make the team’s trip to the White House on Monday when President Barack Obama honors the Super Bowl 50 champions.

The former Buccaneer and Patriot has an off-season home in Dallas, where trouble seems to follow him.

Five years ago, he was indicted on an aggravated assault charge involving his sister’s boyfriend. Eventually, the charges were dismissed to a lack of evidence. Last year, he and his brother were questioned regarding an assault outside of a Dallas nightclub. However, he was never charged in the matter.
