Player on player Twitter violence seems to be at an all-time high on the heels of last Sunday’s Jay Cutler fiasco during the NFC title game.
Now, Seattle’s Matt Hasselbeck and New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie are battling it out on Twitter.
Recently, Cromartie had some choice words over the league’s potential work stoppage. He strongly criticized the NFLPA and NFL leaders, categorizing them as “a–holes.”
Hasselbeck responded with a tweet that was quickly deleted.
Somebody ask Cromartie if he knows what CBA stands for.
Refusing to let such a barb go unchallenged, Cromartie stated that he would smash Hasselbeck’s face in.
Looks like we have an undercard for the Lewis/Ochocinco cage match.
