Arian Foster’s Hamstring MRI Features Anti-Awesomeness

Today, in perhaps an NFL-first, a player tweeted his MRI.

Earlier today, Houston Texans running back Arian Foster tweeted the MRI image of his injured hamstring.

For those who can’t grasp Foster’s diagnosis, he offered a medical explanation:

This is an MRI of my hamstring, The white stuff surrounding the muscle is known in the medical world as anti-awesomeness.

Foster suffered the injury last Saturday night in San Francisco and is jogging lightly but according to Dr. Michael Kaplan of ESPN, he could potentially miss two to three weeks.

Not to worry fantasyheads, let Foster put your mind at ease.

An earlier Foster tweet called people “sick” because of their concern about fantasy football.

He’s right. When Foster was injured, I checked him off my list of people to draft. Plus, I had him last year in a league and won the title with him.

Bon voyage Arian Foster.

The best way to translate the Foster news in fantasy world is this:

Ben Tate.
