Joe Montana’s $35 million dollar estate is still on the market but at a marked down price.

After first appearing on the real estate market in 2009, the Calistoga, California home is still on the market with a 31 percent cut under its original price – $49 million.

The home includes a bocce ball court, pool and spa, basketball court, skeet shooting range, and equestrian stable.

Save up some pennies if you’re interested in Montana’s place. The estimated monthly mortgage payment on the sprawling piece of landscape is $205,791.

While the real estate market is on the rebound, moving a $35 million home is not easy.
