While doing a promo several weeks ago in Boston for his WrestleMania XXVIII match against The Rock, John Cena relayed the story of the 2007 Patriots and how they failed to finish off their perfect season.

Of course, the Patriots fell to the Giants in February once again.

Sunday night, Cena added to Boston’s woes by dropping a “once in a lifetime” match to The Rock at WM 28.

If the WWE was real, the flags in Newbury, Massachusetts (Cena’s hometown) would be at half mass.

Instead, this will have to do….
