Remember when Cee Lo Green was a thing two years ago?

Well, he’s back…sort of.

The NFL Draft arrives on April 26 and ESPN commemorated the event with a promo featuring Cee-Lo Green’s “Bright Lights Bigger City”.

It’s a glossy looking spot featuring RG III, Andrew Luck, Trent Richardson, and all of the ESPN football experts one’s brain could handle.

After watching it 10 times, I really thought it was cool…until I remembered the WWE used the same song for Summer Slam last August.

While I prefer to hear Cee Lo over “Gold on the Ceiling” 6,000 times during March Madness, another option would have been dope.
