Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts took another step towards the playoffs with a dramatic come-from-behind win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
The 35-33 win helped put Luck into the record books.
With Indy’s eighth win, Luck has set an NFL record for the most wins by a rookie quarterback selected number one overall in the draft.
The Colts trailed Detroit 33-21 in the fourth quarter but a 14-yard touchdown pass to Donnie Avery as time expired put Indy on top for good.
At 8-4, the Colts are probably going to reach the playoffs.
As for Indy’s opponent on Sunday, woe is Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions.
