As of midnight eastern time on Monday, four-time Super Bowl winner and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is eligible to slay people at football.

After a four-week period that featured Brady shooting videos with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck; tanning in Italy; and discovering the Red Zone Channel, Brady is back to doing what he does just about better than anyone else in the sport…play quarterback. Clearly, the Patriots could have used him on Sunday in a 16-0 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

As Brady’s suspension winded down, he found time to practice in Massachusetts as a run up to his return.

As a result of Brady’s return, it’s time to hit the reset button. I hereby decree that the first four weeks of the NFL don’t count. This is all foreplay.
