The Houston Texans and New Orleans Saints engaged in one of the better Monday Night Football games in some time to open up Monday’s prime-time package. New Orleans scratched out a 30-28 win. Yet, Houston’s DeAndre Hopkins provided one of the game’s signature highlights.
Following a Deshaun Watson interception by Marcus Williams during the second half, Hopkins tracked down the Saints defensive back.
Next, Hopkins channeled his inner-Brock Lesnar and performed an overhead gutwrench suplex on Williams.
Obviously, Hopkins, who caught two touchdown passes during the game, was called for a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Sidenote…where does this rank on the Mel Blount/Cliff Branch scale?
