The NFL announced on Sunday that it will flex the Week 17 clash between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks into prime-time.

Now, 49ers/Seahawks for the NFC West title will take place on Sunday Night Football with kickoff arriving on 8:20 p.m. ET from CenturyLink Field in Seattle.

The winner of Sunday’s game will win the NFC West and likely earn a first-round bye and possibly home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs pending the results of Week 16 action.

Meanwhile, the loser will play on the road during wild-card weekend against the NFC East champion.

Seattle handed San Francisco its first loss of the season back on November 11 during a 27-24 overtime thriller.
