As we head to Week 17, here’s a look at the current state of the playoff picture and what the TV schedule *MIGHT* look like or at least if I were handling it through the divisional round.

Of course, much of this could change on Sunday because of what’s happening with the NFC West (San Francisco vs. Seattle with NFC home-field advantage at stake for the Niners, Seahawks, Packers, and Saints) and the NFC East (Eagles must win to clinch) is still on the line.

Also, the AFC’s last playoff spot could change hands as the Titans need a win or Steelers loss to clinch the final spot. There’s an oddball chance that the Raiders could still actually make it but that is an extreme long shot.

AFC

#1 – Baltimore Ravens (AFC North champion, bye)

#2 – New England Patriots (AFC East champion, bye)

#3 – Kansas City Chiefs (AFC West champion)

#4 – Houston Texans (AFC South champion)

#5  – Buffalo Bills (Wild Card)

#6 –  Tennessee Titans (Wild Card)**

**Pittsburgh can surpass the Titans with a win on Sunday against Baltimore and a Titans loss in Houston.

NFC

#1 –  San Francisco 49ers  (NFC West champion, bye)

#2 – Green Bay Packers (NFC North champion, bye)

#3 – New Orleans Saints (NFC South champion)

#4 – Philadelphia Eagles (NFC East champion)**

#5 – Seattle Seahawks (Wild Card)

#6 – Minnesota Vikings (Wild Card)

**The Eagles need to beat the Giants to clinch the NFC East. An Eagles loss and a Cowboys win will put Dallas into the playoffs as division champs.
