Typically, if an athlete sneezes these days, there is a tweet about it within five minutes.

However, 1987 was far different.

Only Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk and some random entity who posted it to You Tube, caught this 1987 video starring Super Bowl XXI MVP Phil Simms.

As you can see, the ex-NFLers are working out to music from the 70s and 80s in a somewhat awkward, comical manner that makes one question if their employers even knew this video was shot at the time.

Seriously, do you think Al Davis approved this on Todd Christensen’s behalf?
