Hoping for the Dolphins to follow suit with the Heat and Marlins in netting big free agents, Dwyane Wade took to Twitter to begin the courtship of Peyton Manning to Miami.

Not to be outdone by Wade, teammate LeBron James chimed in by saying in reference to Manning that “it would be great to have him down here” after Miami defeated the Atlanta Hawks 89-86 on Wednesday night.

Manning, who lives in Florida, will be courted by numerous teams and Miami figures to be in the mix.

When asked by Florida media on Wednesday if he planned on bringing his talents to South Beach, Manning simply replied with, “I don’t know. We’ll see.”
