Johnny Manziel made news during an otherwise dreadful evening for Cleveland quarterbacks against the Washington Redskins on Monday night.
After firing an incomplete pass in the second half, Manziel caught some flak from the Washington bench and returned fire with a middle finger back to the bench.
Following the contest, Browns head coach Mike Pettine expressed concern and said “it’s something we’ll obviously address with him.”
Manziel finished the game 7 of 16 for 65 yards with a touchdown pass.
Pettine originally stated Cleveland will name an opening day starter on Tuesday for their Week 1 battle against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
After last night, that may not be the case…
