Next month, Ric Flair celebrates his 66th birthday but regardless of his age, the legendary Nature Boy’s swag level is still on high alert – just ask Indianapolis Colts defensive back Sergio Brown after Indy’s 26-10 over Cincinnati on Sunday.
When we last saw Brown in a high-profile moment, he was getting “kicked out of the club” by erotic novel superstar Rob Gronkowski on Sunday Night Football as the Patriots laid waste to the Colts.
However, Brown redeemed himself as the Colts punched their ticket for a trip to Denver in the divisional round action next Sunday.
Brown launched into a postgame ode to Ric Flair as he addressed his teammates.
It’s the second straight postseason where Flair played a prominent role. Last year, the 16-time world champion created a stir when he gave a pep talk to the 49ers prior to their road game against the Packers. His speech infuriated Steve Smith (then of the Carolina Panthers) because Flair resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Whether it be impacting rap or sports, Ric Flair is timeless.
