The Brother of Chris Christie Applies Verbal Ether To Eagles Fans

Todd Christie, the brother of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, did what any slightly off-centered sibling would do to protect his brother from being criticized by random NFL fans – he addressed his critics on Facebook.

Christie II opted to call out fans (including those of the Philadelphia Eagles) that are upset his famous brother continues to root on the Dallas Cowboys after another appearance in Jerry Jones’s suite yesterday.

Todd Christie did not mince any words. Basically, all of the haters are losers:

To all of those non Cowboy fans who have their panties in a ringer because the Governor of NJ is a Cowboys fan—GET A LIFE !!! The Gov has been a Cowboys fan for his entire life and ALL of you would sit with the owner of your favorite team in a heartbeat if given the chance. I’m a Giants fan—we are sitting home for the fourth straight year. Eagles fans—possibly you should worry more about the fact that your sorry ass team has never won a Super Bowl and less about who’s rooting for which team. I mean crazy pathetic posts. And for every calorically challenged FB person who posts about the Gov’s weight–forget the magic mirror and look at yourself. Weight posts—really?

So, here’s what we learned from Todd Christie:

  • 1. The Giants haven’t won anything since winning Super Bowl XLVI and have missed the playoffs for three seasons in a row.
  • 2. The Eagles have a sorry a$$ team that never won a Super Bowl.
  • 3. Stop with the fat jokes.

Having your brother go off on Facebook probably isn’t the best idea considering Chris Christie may be running for President in 2016.

Meanwhile, Governor Christie hopes to attend the next Cowboys playoff game on Sunday when they visit the Green Bay Packers.
