During Sunday’s Kansas City-San Diego tilt, Chiefs strong safety Daniel Sorensen fired off an early candidate for cheap shot of the year.
Following a Tyrell Williams reception, a couple of Chiefs surrounded the Chargers receiver to bring him down. For reasons unknown, Sorensen decided to throw a forearm at Williams’s head:
Some online have opined that Sorensen tried to punch the ball loose. Clearly, that’s not what is happening here.
Hopefully, Mr. Sorensen will be hearing from the league office soon.
Total garbage play here.
