Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has endured quite the strange first half of 2020. He and the Packers got handled in the NFC Championship game; Green Bay used their 2020 first round pick on his potential replacement quarterback Jordan Love; and last week he broke up with race car driver Danica Patrick after a two-year relationship.

Reportedly, playing the role of Patrick as Rodgers’s girlfriend will be actress Shailene Woodley, who according to a tip sent into TerezOwens.com was introduced to the two-time NFL MVP by….Patrick, herself.

So, who is Woodley?

After a run in music videos (including a cameo in “Where is the Love?” by the Black Eyed Peas) and on television, Woodley eventually found her sweet spot in film.

The 28-year-old actress had her first high-profile film role as Hazel Grace Lancaster in the 2014 melodrama and ultimately depressing The Fault In Our Stars – a love story about a pair cancer patients that fall in love.

Fast-forwarding three years, Woodley joined HBO’s star-studded cast for the series Big Little Lies, which also starred Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, and Laura Dern.

Actually, I watched that show on a weekly basis and it was pretty solid. The true runaway star of the show in my humble opinion was Dern’s character Renata though. Nonetheless, Woodley is relatively solid on Big Little Lies.

Anyhow, the future short-term focus of Woodley’s status in Hollywood circles might very well center on her relationship with Rodgers more so than her acting career.

Regardless, between his breakup with Olivia Munn, the turmoil with his family, the end of his relationship with Patrick, and now the alleged new romance with Woodley, Rodgers can’t quite hide from the public eye during the offseason.
