The Denver Broncos will get the next opportunity to send off Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis into the sunset without another Vince Lombardi Trophy, after Baltimore finally pulled away from Indy on Sunday in the AFC playoffs.
The 24-9 wild card win for the Ravens puts them in Denver next Saturday for an appointment with Dr. Peyton Manning.
In other news, it marked the final home game for Lewis, who danced for the final time during his pregame entrance.
The Ravens allowed Lewis to get on the field at the game’s conclusion when Joe Flacco kneeled out of victory formation.
After Flacco took a final knee, Lewis busted out one more final shuffle.
