Here’s the thing.
I don’t wildly dislike LaVar Ball as much as some people do. He definitely isn’t for everyone but I actually believe he can bring a productive heel-like quality to the NBA, if that makes any shred of sense.
However, one of his recent statements is just plain dumb.
Ball told ESPN in a recent interview that he was actually a better tight end than New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.
“Gronkowski can’t hang with me back in my heyday,” said Ball when he chatted on ESPN Radio’s The Really Big Show.
To my knowledge, the only place you can find NFL game film on Ball is if you actually created him in Madden at some point.
Otherwise, you’re out of luck.
Anyone who says they can beat Michael Jordan in 1-on-1 probably isn’t a credible source in the first place.
