Hank Williams Jr. is not going away quietly. The deposed Monday Night Football crooner released a song on his website earlier this week criticizing FOX News and ESPN for how they handled his Barack Obama/Hitler gaffe nearly two weeks ago.

There might as well be a mythical buyer beware tag on teams like the Detroit Lions. Annually, the media eyes an “it team” during the preseason as a potential sleeper that could either reach the playoffs or make a lengthy postseason run.

During Sunday’s Saints/Panthers game, Cam Newton and Steve Smith connected on a 54-yard touchdown catch. Unhappy with Smith in general, Saints safety Roman Harper took a run at the Carolina receiver in the end zone; blasting him in the process.
